World of Warcraft Item Upgrade and Set Bonuses
The item upgrade is a type of enchantment which increases the stats in certain weapons or armor. This includes tertiary stats such as Leech or Speed.

A special evolution item that allows Porygon to evolve into Porygon2. This item can be found at Pokestops or Gyms.
Universal upgrades can be applied to any type of equipment and provide smaller bonuses when compared to other components that are specific to the kind of equipment.
Leveling
The upgrade system lets players enhance their items by increasing their level. The level increase also improves the item's "guaranteed" bonuses. Every level upgrade grants a bonus based on the tier and increases the stat by a factor of 3. These extras could range from a +1 up to +3 bonus, to an unspecified buff or debuff.
Each item can be upgraded for a specific number of times. After the upgrade, the item can still be upgraded to a higher-tiered product of equal or greater worth.
This system is very useful for players who want to obtain gear that has a certain amount of stats prior to having the chance to acquire the latest item. Transfer is user-friendly and allows players to not waste upgrading materials.
Upgrade materials can be collected by players as they remove content. They can be used to upgrade or replace an item. Every item requires a specific type of upgrade material. Weapons require Destruction Stones while armor requires Guardian or Harmony Leapstones. These materials are renamed when the item is upgraded, for instance Stone Fragments become Stones and Harmony Shards become Life Shards.
It is essential to upgrade items in order to increase the performance of a character. However it is equally important to think about how much this will cost. The cost of upgrading an item can be a lot of gold, which could be better used to purchase new equipment. This is the reason it's recommended to upgrade the most essential items in a particular situation.
This typically involves upgrading the weapon first, then the legs and chest before the helm. If the player is able to afford it upgrading trinkets must be considered at this point to increase their proc potential. Upgrades to a high-end Throne of Thunder item may be worthwhile due to the increased damage it can do. However, certain trinkets should not be upgraded as long as they provide a significant upgrade for a specific build. This is especially true for certain breakpoint equipment that is used for stats with high value, such as IAS or FHR.
Rerolling
Rerolling is item upgrading that allows players to change the stats of a weapon, rings or armor based on its type. It can be used to replace bonuses or add new ones. It can also be used to alter the item's base power.
Rerolling is beneficial to boost your power in the initial stages of the game, it's not an essential aspect of the game. Once you've reached your goal of upgrading to level 6, it's usually better to go down and look for the best upgrades that you can or save for the next group of items. This will help you to build an effective team by the time you achieve your goal of upgrading to level 9.
The rerolling process is very similar to the level-up system. You can use reroll tokens to eliminate any Level Up option from your item and then exchange it for another. Reroll tokens, unlike Level Up do not reset the item's level. This means that when you roll an upgraded item it won't be at that level and won't be able to enjoy its additional bonus.
Players can also make use of the special mechanic Eliminate, to remove any Level Up option they have on their equipment or weapons. This is useful when you have a bad gacha or you want to roll an item that has five stars. To accomplish this, you'll need to create a new account or log in through social media.
Similarly, there is an Occultist in each town who can be contacted to alter a weapon's or armor's Aspects, stats, or attributes. This is helpful if you have a five-star unit that you want to improve, or if you have an elite four-star player you are struggling with.
Rerolling tokens can be obtained through completing certain quests. They can be purchased from the Occultist at 300 gold, or found in holozons, which are dropped by certain dungeons. You can then change the roll of any weapon or armor, or ring by moving the icon with the lock on it to the desired slot on the page of your unit's.
Sets
A set is a collection of items that share some similarity. Sets are utilized every day. For example dozen eggs or a group of friends. They are helpful for organizing things and using operations such as intersection, union and difference to manage them efficiently. Sets can be utilized in various ways, such as organizing music on a play list or classifying students based on their grades.
In Nioh the game uses Sets to create special effects when players wear armor from a particular armor set. These bonuses are referred to as Set Bonuses and they can be superior to Effects. Although it's not clear in the universe why armor sets have to be worn together in order to create these additional effects, they provide some variety when playing the game. The armor sets with Set Bonuses are available in a variety of locations throughout Hyrule, including the Dark Moon and Twilight Temple.
Set Bonuses are included with each piece of equipment within the Set. The tooltip near the bottom of the item will tell you what Set Bonuses are available. Set Bonuses are presented in a box with the red border.
Some of these Set Bonuses are only available to a particular piece of equipment. If you purchase the entire Phantom Armor set, you will get +8 defense (instead of the 3 defense you get with most gear). Other sets are only available by completing certain quests or buying them from the Auction House.
It is also possible to get Set Bonuses on multiple pieces of equipment at the same time. If you own the complete Kestra's Descent Set and the matching parts of Twinblade of Shadow, you will receive the + version of the set's bonus, if you match them.
Set Bonuses remain the same, regardless of the equipment to which they are attached increases in level. However, if an item is exemplared to levels that are not enough, the set bonus will stop working.
Set bonuses
Set bonuses are unique effects that can appear on a gear set which can provide a boost in battle. They give a certain amount of a specific type of stat, like weapon damage, or defenses, or even resistances. They don't stack however, and only one of them can be used at any given moment. The amount of a stat is determined by the number of pieces included in the set. For instance you could have four weapons and three chests however only one of them will benefit you.
They usually increase the primary stat, however, some increase secondary stats too. Defence bonuses increase three defensive positions and two typed defenses such as, for instance, a full five piece set of Hundings Rage will add up to a total of around 400 defenses in your gear. This is a significant increase in the gear you use as a melee.
This is a great feature, and it seems to be one of the most well-known features in the game. At present, only a few sets of gear come with set bonuses. They are only available on the Test Realm. However, this number is likely to increase when the update is released. The bonus will be added to the 7 school-specific Dragoons equipment, for instance.
Set bonuses do not stack within a set, but they do stack across sets. This is great for those who wish to utilize the most efficient combination of sets. However, it requires a bit of planning. Set bonuses only affect the shell (not the armoring or mods) of an piece of equipment, so you should be aware when putting them.
It is important to remember that the amount of a set's bonus will not change regardless of whether your exemplar level is more than three levels below the minimum required for an enhancement. This rule does not apply to purple (Very rare) Sets PvP Sets, PvP Sets or Archetype Origin Sets. Their set bonuses will be in effect regardless of exemplar level.
