Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades
Upgrades can boost the performance of a piece and at times even add additional features. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random enhancements applied.
The racial Shield elite Razortail For instance, it is often upgraded to increase its lightning absorption capabilities in PvP, and/or to add additional defenses to missile-based build in the PvM. This makes it more marketable than the perfect non-upgraded version.
Reroll Tokens
Reroll tokens can be used to reroll a purchased item like armor, weapon or ring. This swaps the current item for another similar item and comes with an additional set of bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective option to upgrade equipment. They don't keep the original item's level and any wasted resources won't get compensated.
Reroll tokens can be obtained by survivors through several means such as the Mistery Box or as rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in chests and crates or bought from the market at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attribute of a piece equipment for example, increasing its damage.
upgrade item can roll equipment with three attributes, physical power, spell power and health. Upgrades to physical power can increase damage from weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.
Three types of reroll tokens are available: upgrade rare and legendary. Each upgrade elevates the item to a higher quality. To create them, you'll need an upgrade level token to reroll. Upgrades require a standard item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either unique or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.
As opposed to other tokens or markers that are placed on action spaces The reroll marker is left on the spot until the next success result is rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.
Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and can be opened by grabbing them using Interact. When they are opened, they show a description and icon for the Ingredient or Appliance. Blueprints can be exchanged to purchase a new appliance or ingredient in the restaurant's store for the amount of coins.
During the course of a run, blueprints can be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool as a result of selected Franchise Cards. This alters the kind of blueprints that a restaurant's shop offers for rerolls and which are available in the non-droppable Pool.
Growthstones
In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to improve armor, weapons and other items. These stones are special stones which increase the value of an item by increasing its stats or attributes. These items can be obtained by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs in the main towns. Contract Coin Merchants will sell them for a price. They can also be purchased by players who complete daily contracts.
To upgrade gear, the player must first locate the item then click the "level up button". This will display a menu showing the item's current level and what it will be when being upgraded, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue) rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor requires only one Growth Stone.
After choosing the item to upgrade the player has to select the number of Growth Stones that they want to use and pay the cost. When the requirements are fulfilled, the player may then click on the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. This will increase the item's level by a certain percentage. Depending on the rarity of the item and rarity, the upgrade process could take anywhere from seconds to minutes.
The upgrade process is risk-free, and does not impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent method for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without putting stress on their accounts. Additionally, players can transfer the experience and advancement of an upgraded item onto a new gear by clicking on the "transfer" tab.
New players may find it difficult to obtain Growth Stones. There are several ways to obtain the stones. You can complete contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or find them in reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. In addition players can also take apart the higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.
Leveling
Leveling is an option that lets players increase the stats of their weapons armor, helms and trinkets. The Upgrade Station allows you to combine an item with upgrade materials and also pay a cost in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The upgrade components will be consumed and the item will gain an upgrade to a higher level. This process can be repeated until the highest level for an item has been attained.
Items that have upgraded stats will display an icon of blue next to their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components cannot be stacked with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Additionally, each upgrade component will require a specific number of items to be added and an appropriate amount for the equipment.
The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add an item to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear looks like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once a player has sufficient materials will initiate the upgrade process.
An item of equipment can be upgraded up to five times. Each time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small amount. The highest level for an item is 19.
When an item reaches its maximum level that it can no longer have the option to upgrade. When a piece of equipment reaches a specific upgrade track (e.g. Veteran or Explorer) upgrades to that track will have discounts.
Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be inserted into armors, weapons trinkets, gathering tools and other trinkets in order to provide an additional benefit or bonus while the equipment is equipped. They can be bought from vendors, looted, or obtained through questing. They can also be traded between players. Upgrade components can be replaced by acquiring new ones. However, this can ruin the previous upgrade.
Requirements
Item upgrades give players the ability to boost certain attributes of weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements for upgrading an item differ based on the type of item, but typically you'll need Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

Items can be upgraded by adding upgrade components to weapons and equipment. These will provide extra effects or an increased quality of the item. These upgrades can come from a variety of sources, including crafting, buying at the Trading Post, karma vendors or looting from bosses and raids. Once an upgrade component has been placed into an object, it is not able to be removed or replaced. However it is possible to swap glyphs freely.
Upgrades to an item can increase its Mark Level and/or Rarity. In addition, certain upgrade components come with additional modifiers that could further enhance the stats of the item.
The upgrade to the helm "Foundation of the Sun" for instance, increases the base defense and provides an additional 20 percent chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire" however increases damage from weapons.
Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but for the fact that it allows players to gain the maximum amount of value from a flawless roll on the item. A perfectly rolled 200/6500 armor set piece, for example, is highly valued by melee PvP communities and can be worth up to 20-50 times that of the unupp'd version.
The game will display the requirements when you select the upgrade component that is incorporated into the item. These include the item type (either Weapon or Armor) and the tier of the item and the upgrade Token required, and the amount of progress required to complete the upgrade.
The game will put an item in your inventory when you have completed the prerequisites for an upgrade. The progress bar will update to show how close you are towards completing the upgrade. You can also check on the status of an item upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
